Tasked with turning a dry induction and standards document into training material for workers tasked with working with young people in the region we decided to create a DVD and film. The performers in the film were sourced from local schools to give their impression of what they expected from youth workers, making the entire production more relevant, engaging and also introducing the young people to film and media  production.
