Matt finished his first triathlon this past Sunday, a sprint distance in prperation for the Olympic distance next month in Hyde Park.
Placed 102nd out of 192 ! But 70th in the swim.
In his category he was 24th overall and 15th in the swim…(43 in category)
SWIM : 00:07:33 - 400m
BIKE: 00:41:17 - 20k
RUN : 00:24:35 - 5k
Now just lots of training for next month and NY next year ….
