Summary :
“The talk will cover our exploration of the Marshall Islands, in particular the underwater archaeological expedition we led for the US National Park Service at Jaluit, which included the discovery of one of the last remaining US Navy Douglas Devastator bombers from WWII.
The talk will also encompass the wrecks of Bikini Atoll, where we were amongst the first technical dive team contracted to dive on the wrecks. We will also look at the marine wildlife, people, history and geography of the islands as well as touching upon the future of the inhabitants, currently under pressure from rising sea levels and the world’s economic situation.”
